Chester.

Today I learned how to make homemade phyllo pastry samosas. I'm in Chester, at my mother's house, for the next couple of days. She's decided that it's time for some bonding activities, which so far have been going riding and cooking.
I still can't wait to go back home to Montreal.
I plan on sleeping in as late as possible again tomorrow, and while she and her husband are golfing I'm heading back to the city. More updates soon!
